Founded in 1992, Changzhou Huada Kejie Opto-Electro Instrument Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the manufacture of laser precision and surveying instruments and accessories for construction engineering. Our company covers an area of 18610sqm, including 9000sqm of building area. Our company is located in Zhoulou Economic Development, Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.

After large-scale technological renovation, our company has been equipped with advanced machines and measuring instruments. We have subsidiary companies which were invested by HDKJ include Changzhou Jingtiandi Instrument Co., Ltd. (JTD), Nanjing Opto-Electro S&T Co., Ltd. (OP) and Shanghai Lainuo Opto-Electro S&T Co., Ltd. (LN).These They manufacture laser instruments for surveying construction machine controlling, industry checking, testing software and optoelectro instrument.
